This course provides a rich and comprehensive description of the cognitive and biological bases of human memory and describes how these two come together in our everyday lives. A good follow-up to Charlie’s current course: The Aging Brain and How We Can Keep It Functioning At A Good Level

Dr. Charles Plummer is a strong believer in life-long learning because studies show that it keeps one's brain functioning at a higher level as we age.  He served as a combat aircrewman during the Korean War and later he was a teacher and principal in Auburn for 32 years. He then was a parent educator for five years for Child and Family Services working with parents who needed to improve their parenting skills to regain child custody.
