Gastro Obscura is a book by Cecily Wong and Dylan Thuras that scratches the surface of a mind-bending world of eating. Spanning seven continents, it is a collection of forgotten histories and endangered traditions, obscure experiences, culinary ingenuity, and edible wonders. We would like to spend an evening sharing some of the most “obscura” with you, and also hear about your own gastro adventures!
